Booking is simple and completely free until you're happy with your itinerary. Fill in our inquiry form above, WhatsApp us, or call directly. One of our travel experts will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your dream journey, answer all questions, and craft a personalised itinerary. Once you're satisfied, a deposit secures your booking and we handle everything from there — hotels, drivers, guides, activities, and more.

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund minus any non-refundable third-party costs (certain hotels, airline tickets). Cancellations 15–29 days before are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable, though we will always try to reschedule your trip at no additional charge. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all bookings.

Most nationalities require an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) to visit Sri Lanka, which is obtained online before travel via the Sri Lanka ETA portal. The ETA is typically valid for 30 days and costs approximately $20–$35 USD depending on nationality. Citizens of certain countries (India, Maldives, Singapore, etc.) may receive visas on arrival or visa-free entry. We can guide you through the process — just ask when you enquire.

Absolutely — group and corporate tours are one of our specialities. We regularly organise travel for groups of 10 to 100+ people, handling everything from dedicated fleet transport and group hotel bookings to team-building activities, cultural events, and conference-adjacent tourism. Group bookings also receive preferential pricing. Contact us early to discuss your group requirements and ensure availability.

We warmly welcome families with children of all ages. Children under 3 travel free on most tours (sharing parents' accommodation). Children aged 3–11 are charged at 50% of the adult rate. Children 12 and over are charged at the standard adult rate. We specifically design family-friendly itineraries with age-appropriate activities, shorter travel days, and suitable accommodation — just let us know the ages of your children when enquiring.

We accept a wide range of payment methods for your convenience: Bank Transfer (SWIFT/IBAN) for international payments, Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via secure payment link, PayPal for added security, and Cash (USD, EUR, GBP, or LKR) upon arrival in Sri Lanka. A deposit of 25–30% secures your booking, with the balance payable before or upon arrival. All transactions are secure and receipts are provided.
